Kylie has invited one of her childhood best friends, McKenzie, to come to the soft opening of Bandicoot Cove with the exception that she bring her best guy-friend, Adian, with her.  McKenzie and Aiden are two peas in a pod and are the best of friends, so bringing him along is just a bonus and means that she will have a great time. (Little does she know how great a time she will have...he-he-he)

 

McKenzie is a tabloid reporter and when she stumbles upon what might be her big break, she pounces on it. She has spotted the "famous" Nick Blackthorne and her mind goes to work on what she can do to get the scoop. Poor Aiden had has no idea what he is in store for when she drags him into her plan, but then again she could never imagine what would happen when Aiden and Nick get together.

 

Aiden is the ever so handsome firefighter who has been in love with his best friend for years and hasn't been able to tell her. All their friends, and even Nick Blackthorne, see the love he has for McKenzie. In fact, Nick is drawn to them like a moth to the flame.

 

Lexxie Couper does it again!! This book has it all – hot, intense passion, life-long friendship, a hot rock star with a new song and a GREAT story! The friendship and love that Aiden and McKenzie share is so beautiful, I love a friends-turned-lovers story. Nick's story was so heartbreaking, I nearly wanted to cry (but that's all I'm saying). I was sad to see this read end ... I wanted more! 

 

Well my tickets came yesterday and today I got my room confirmation from Bandicoot Cove. I'll be leaving soon. I can't wait to lounge out by the pool and have Brad make me some cocktails and/or maybe have Hemi give me a scuba diving lesson.  I've even picked up a cute bag for my trip from the Bandicoot Cove Resort's website store, want to see?

Yesterday I told you Kylie's story (Exotic Indulgence) about her and her three delicious men, today I'm gonna tell you about her brother Trent and his story.

Trent has been given the greatest gift from his sister Kylie. He and his best friend - Mason along with their guest -Paige have been invited to Bandicoot Cove Resort's soft opening. This is perfect timing for Trent, he and Mason have a proposition for Paige and what a better place to make it than in this paradise.

Trent, a Customs diver is full of adventure and always up for fun while Mason is the smart/romantic type, which helps since he is a romance writer. Since they were kids Mason and Trent have done everything together. So when they come to the conclusion that their summer time fling has grown into something more they are confident that they can make it work. Now all they need to do is convince her.

Paige is a Canadian pastry chef that's in Australia to experience life. She doesn't expect to come across two hunky Aussie men. She also doesn't expect to fall for both these men at once. She knows stuff like this only happens in fairy tales and doesn't last, but she still can't help her heart from falling and falling hard.

Trent and Mason have decided it's time for their adventure with Paige needs to sail in another direction and what better place to start off this adventure than at Bandicoot Cove Resort.

Once again I LOVED this book! Vivian Arend takes us on a roller coaster ride of emotions with this one. One minute your on a sexual high (be on the look out for "the chair", that's all I'm saying) and the next you're laughing at the cute banter between the three of them have with each other, to being so made at the characters for heartbreaking moments.

This is a great addition to the series and we even get a sneak peek at the famous Nick Blackthorne... sigh... Which I hear we will see more of him in Tropical Sin by Lexxie Couper.

I can't wait to see what else Bandicoot Cove Resort has in store. I got my plane tickets in the mail today, have you booked your flight yet?

Kylie is a very busy girl with a lot on her plate right now. She is the manager in charge of opening a new resort in a few weeks to the public and a is currently working on the soft opening for VIP guests, that along with the trouble of three hot men.

Kylie knows it's wrong to lead them on, but she can't seem to choose between Brad - her hands on man, Hemi - the tattooed Maori SCUBA instructor, or Brad the sexy bartender. What's a girl to do when she is head over heels for three sexy men at the same time? Kylie is determined not to do a thing about this. She can't/won't make herself choose just one. She is trying to keep her mind on the opening.

Kylie finds herself being slowly seduced by each man (yes, I said each man and wow! what wonderful scenes.). Piracy!

Yesterday when I logged onto Twitter I saw a few posts talking about some ebook pirating site, I logged into Facebook and saw a few other posts, then I signed into my email and it exploded with reader groups and authors talking about this same ebook pirating site. It seems that this person felt it was okay to sell others authors books on her website, FB, and Ebay. Now when I say sell I mean she was making money off authors such as JR Ward, Nora Roberts, Lauren Dane, Moira Rogers, Maya Banks, Shiloh Walker and so many others.
I was so shocked I jumped online and found that quite a few people had purchased ebooks from this women. All I can say is come on people! authors write these books and need to be paid for their works. If they keep being pirated and they don't make the money they are entitled to, how can they afford to keep writing them. Keep that in mind would you!
Like I said, I saw a lot of people talking about this horrible thing and wondered what could I do as a reader? The only thing I could think to do was to contact the authors I knew. Sadly there were quite a few of my loved authors too.
So what can we do as readers to help? We need to contact the authors and publishing houses so that they can take the proper action and get these sites taken down. We can make sure that people understand that piracy is illegal and will not be tolerated.
I do have a little good news though, later that night I was scanning my Twitter feed and I say a post from Shiloh Walker  saying that the website this women was using had been shut down! Way To Go Romance Committee!! xoxo
