The Buffalo Intimidators are a rough and tumble hockey team that pull no punches, they play hard to win. They
don't only play hard on the rink, these men take the meaning of
teamwork to a whole other level. Menage seems to be the "normal" for
this group of men and they aren't afraid or ashamed of who knows.
Fredrik
and Liz have been in a hot and heavy relationship for some time now and
he is getting serious - he's older, wiser, and knows that she likes him for him not for being a Buffalo Intimidator. Liz feels the same for Fredrik also, but something seems to be missing, a little spice. One day Red walks in on Fredrik, his roommate and his girlfriend on the couch and isn't sure
what to do... Does he leave, run to his room... the decision is made
for him when he is asked to join them. Red has lusted over his roommate’s girl for a while now and jumps at the chance, only to realize he now has a problem. What happens next.
Red is confused after the most amazing thing that has ever happened to him and he
doesn't know what to do. He is torn between his values and his heart.
Liz knows she wants this relationship to work between the three of them
but isn't sure she can handle the heartache that Red's indecisiveness brings and then we have Fredrik who wants to please both of them and make it work.
I love the drama that Ms. Carr has created with these characters, she makes it so you can believe their struggles and feel their passion for each other. While this book could be read on its own as a menage story, you
get so much more out of it by knowing the team and character dynamics. I
recommend this series to anyone looking for a HOT menage novella
series.
